-  The helmet is a 12-ken, natural russet iron suji-kabuto, fairly heavy and well-made with its original maedate and crests on the fukigaeshi. 
- Both the kabuto and the menpo are signed, which is a nice feature, which reads: Myochin-ki Munemoto-saku
